Description of POE fatty acid monoethanol amide ether-SME15

POE fatty acid monoethanol amide ether-SME15 is a non-ionic surfactant with long carbon-chain compounded from natural high-carbon alcohol. It has perfect electrolyte resistance and emulsifying ability.
Recommended dosage and operation:
Amido aether is soluble in various surafctants, mineral oil, animal and plant's grease. Dissolve it in warm water, then add it in fatliquoring agents with following dosage at the temperature above 35¡æ, or directly use it during fatliquoring.
In tanned greasing agent, the dosage is 0.5-15%;
In anion greasing agent, the dosage is 0.5-18%;
In cation greasing agent, the dosage is 0.5-10%;
Functioning as electrolyte resistance, the dosage is 1-4%;
During greasing, the dosage is 0.5-1.6% of weight of wet skin.

Application of POE fatty acid monoethanol amide ether-SME15

POE fatty acid monoethanol amide ether-SME15 is widely used in such industries as leather making, pharmacy and pesticide. Its performance of resisting acid, alkali and heavy etallic ion (Cr) is far better than that of ordinary non-ionic surfactants. It is soluble in various salts (such as NaCl, Na2SO4, etc). As the fatliquoring agent of leather, it can effectively improve the electrolyte resistance, and suitably enhance the wax feeling of leather. The existence of amido radical also give fleece high degree of mercerization.
